Ingredients : Natural Fish Oil 750m (Contains Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides225mg, EPA 135mg, DHA 90mg). Gelatin, Humectant (Glycerol), Purified Water, Flavours (Natural Orange Oil, Natural Lemon Oil, Coldpressed Lime Oil, Vanillin), Sweetener (Sucralose), Antioxidant (Vitamin E), Soya Oil

Directions : 1. Chew or take the softgel with water directly; or
2. Pierce through the softgel, squeeze it and mix the fish oil with food or drinks; or
3. Twist off the tail of the softgel and drink the fish oil directly.
Aged 1-5 : 1-2 softgel(s) daily. (For 1-year-old child, parents should pierce through the softgel, squeeze it and mix the fish oil with food or drinks;
Children aged 2-4 can chew the softgel under adult supervision.)
Aged 6-12 : 2-3 softgels daily.

Packaging : Each bottle contains 60 chewable softgels. Each softgel weighs 1103mg.
