【Delivery Date 】
Normally products* would be delivered 3-7 working days after the order has been confirmed. (Working days include Monday to Friday. There would be no delivery service at weekends and on public holidays). An email notification would be sent after the products has been dispatched.

Pre-order product will be shipped together approximately 3-4 weeks after the order date, or according to the pre-order instructions on the product page.
In cases of promotion periods, public holidays and adverse weather conditions, it may take longer for item delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address and the contact number of the recipient are correct. Extra charges may be incurred if there is any delay in delivery due to incorrect information provided.
For customers collecting their items at SF Lockers, additional fee would be charged by SFExpress if the items are not collected 24 hours after SMS notification.
For customers collecting their items at SF Stores or SF Business Stations, additional fee would be charged by SFExpress if the items are not collected 2 days after notification.
Customers would need to contact SFExpress themselves if there is any changes in delivery address or method. Extra charges may be incurred.
Please confirm whether the selected items and quantities are correct before payment. No changes in order would be entertained after payment completion.
(Order Cancellation Regulations )
Customers should contact SFExpress via their official website before 8:00am on the next day after placing order if they would like to cancel any order placed. In case of public holidays, cancellation should be made before 8am on the next working day.（※order cancellation can only be completed via SFExpress’s official website ）
Orders cannot be cancelled after 8am on the next day after payment＊
(e.g. An order placed on 1st April can be cancelled before 8:00am on 2nd April. )
(Giveaway Item Regulations )
Giveaway items cannot be changed, and are selected randomly unless specified.
(SFExpress Service Charges )
To allow other items to be delivered and ensure service quality, customers choosing to receive their items via SF Lockers, SF Stores or SF Business Stations would need to collect their items by a specified time. Otherwise, additional fees would be charged.
Item Collection at SF Stores or SF Business Stations
If customers fail to collect the purchased items within 2 days after notification from SFExpress through SMS or its mobile application
*SFExpress would charge $10 every day from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
2. Item Collection at SF Lockers
If customers fail to collect the purchased items within 24 hours after notification from SFExrpess through SMS or its mobile application, SFExpress would charge $10 every 24 hours.
