【Delivery Date 】

Under normal circumstances, your order will typically be processed within 3-7 working days* from the order date and arranged for shipment to the courier.
If the order contains pre-order items, all items in the order will be shipped approximately 3 to 4  weeks from the order date, along with the other items, or according to the pre-order instructions on the product page.
Delivery will occur within 1 to 3 working days after collection by the courier.

In cases of promotion periods, public holidays and adverse weather conditions, it may take longer for item delivery.

(SFExpress Service Charges )

Pick up at SF Stores/ SF Business Station/ Circle K Store
The customer chooses to pick up the shipment at SF Stores/ SF Business Station/ Circle K Store, and fails to complete the pickup within the first 2 days after the shipment arrives at the selected address and put on shelf at the selected address, will be charged for SF Retention Service Fee for every 1 day. The cost will be accumulated every day and borne by the customer.
Pick up at SF Lockers
The customer chooses the SF Locker and fails to complete the pickup within the first 24 hours after the courier successfully dispatched to the locker. An accumulative fee of HK$15 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter and borne by the customer.
