General Return and Exchange Policy
Under normal circumstances, all products sold on this platform are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Every product undergoes strict inspection and packaging before shipment to ensure quality and integrity.
Special Circumstances Handling (Damage, Shortage, Missing Items)
If products arrive damaged, short-shipped, missing items, or do not match the order upon delivery, customers must contact the platform within 2 working days of receipt and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (including outer packaging and product itself)
- Description of the problem
Late claims or insufficient proof will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Conditions
All returned items must be in original condition, unopened/unused, and include all packaging, accessories, and invoice.
If inspection confirms no quality issues or damage is due to customer handling, no return/exchange will be processed. We reserve final decision rights.
Special Notes
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, food, and health products cannot be returned/exchanged once opened or used.
This platform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
