Delivery charge
Free Hong Kong delivery for orders over HK$600 after discounts.
For orders less than HK$600 after discounts, the delivery charge would be $58.
Order Process Duration
Your order would be completed within 3-7 working days, and items would be delivered via SF Express.
For self pick-up order, the delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days. Once the goods arrive at the store, we will notify you to pick them up.
If the order contains pre-order items, all items in the order will be shipped together with the other items in the order approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the order date, or according to the pre-order instructions on the product page.
If any product cannot be supplied due to whatever reason, such product would be removed from your order, and a refund would be arranged. An email notification would be sent in this case.
Estimated Delivery Time
All orders would be dispatched with 3-7 working days. The estimated delivery date and time are for reference only. The actual delivery time will be based on the logistics company's arrangements.

SF Express, our delivery partner, would deliver items at 9:00am-6:00pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). The estimated delivery date and time are for reference only. Pok Oi Hospital is not liable for any delays.
Delivery and Recipient
Please ensure the delivery address and the name of recipient are correct. We would not deliver any items to postal boxes and hotels.
Recipient should sign to acknowledge the completion of transaction once the items are delivered. SF Express would contact customers if no one receives the item upon delivery.
Customers may utilize the online tracking system of SF Express to obtain updated delivery status. For further information, please contact SF Express.
Late Pickup Fees (To be borne by customer)
Pick up at SF Stores/ SF Business Station/ Circle K Store
The customer chooses to pick up the shipment at SF Stores/ SF Business Station/ Circle K Store, and fails to complete the pickup within the first 2 days after the shipment arrives at the selected address and put on shelf at the selected address, will be charged for SF Retention Service Fee for every 1 day. The cost will be accumulated every day and borne by the customer.Pick up at SF Lockers
The customer chooses the SF Locker and fails to complete the pickup within the first 24 hours after the courier successfully dispatched to the locker. An accumulative fee of HK$15 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter and borne by the customer.
Service Charge
The fee of subsequent deliveries arisen due to incorrect delivery information or absence of recipient would be paid by customers.
Customers would be charged $50 for cancelling items that were returned from SF Express. Requests for refund of delivery charges would not be entertained.
